Refund Policy

At Uiuxner UI UX Academy, we are committed to providing a positive learning experience and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refund requests related to our courses and services. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase. By enrolling in our courses or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below:

  1. Course Refund Eligibility: Refunds for our courses are subject to the following conditions:

    a. Full-Time Courses: For full-time courses (long-term programs), refund requests will be considered within the first 1 day from the official course start date. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
    b. Part-Time Courses: For part-time courses (short-term programs), refund requests will be considered within the first 1 day from the course start date. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
     

  2. Eligibility for Refund Requests: To be eligible for a refund, you must:

    a. Submit your refund request within the specified time frame mentioned in section 1 above.
    b. Provide a valid reason for your refund request, such as a change in personal circumstances, medical reasons, or dissatisfaction with the course.
     

  3. Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount, including but not limited to:

    a. Registration Fees: All registration or application fees are non-refundable.
    b. Administrative Fees: Administrative fees related to enrollment or processing are non-refundable.
    c. Study Materials: Any non-returnable or non-transferable study materials provided to you are non-refundable.
     

  4. Refund Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 14 days of receiving your valid refund application. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
     

  5. Course Completion: If you have completed more than 20% of the course at the time of your refund request, you will not be eligible for a refund.
     

  6. Dismissal or Violation of Institute Policies: If you are dismissed from the course due to a violation of the Institute's policies or any other reason, you will not be eligible for a refund.
     

  7. Course Transfer: In some cases, we may offer the option to transfer your enrollment to a future course instead of a refund. This is subject to availability and the approval of the Institute.
     

  8. Change in Course Schedule or Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the Institute needs to change the course schedule or cancel a course, we will offer you the option of a full refund or enrollment in an alternative course.
